Trying to automatically re-send (email) SSRS reports after the datasource was enabled

Hello!

I am trying to automatically re-send (email) reports in SSRS after a subscription has failed since the datasource was disabled.

I thought that the rsreportserver config file will automatically retry sending the report every 900 seconds (3 retries), but it does not seem to do this.....is there a way the report can be sent out automatically, once we enable the datasource?
