Horizontal Bar Chart

Hi,

I have dataset returning result something like this: (11 Columns)

But the requirement for Chart view is different and i am not able to get with the dataset fields i have. Below is the requirement. Blue is City and Yellow is for County 1 and in case i select County 2 also in parameter, then it would be the third bar for each subcategory(08A, 10F...), may be in different color.

I tried my way that works, but not exactly what is required.

Any help is appreciated.
