Each day when I come in and load up a report, it takes ages to load. I tried setting the timeout on the DefaultAppPool (which it seems to be using) in IIS to "0" and restarted it, but it still seems to unload itself by the time I want to use it the next day.
I'm using SQL Server 2008 R2 reporting services in Native mode.
